"We require that the web-based residents who wish to obtain the certificate must 1. view and participate in all ten sessions 2. complete all of the required assignments for the training program to our personal satisfaction and 3. be personally responsible to obtain information and materials that they miss when they must miss an online presentation session due to unforeseen problems."
